Philipp von Bernstoff

Portfolio Manager, Emerging Markets

Philipp works alongside Steve Diggle on our PE/VC portfolio. He is also the lead manager of the Russian Opportunities Fund. He sits on a number of company boards where he works closely with the portfolio management teams to help maximize their success and growth. Philipp has been integral in maintaining close working relationships with the companies we choose to partner with. Philipp has extensive experience working with companies from Myanmar, Russia and Malaysia to name a few.

Philipp has been with Vulpes since transitioning from Artradis which he joined in 2009 from IFD Kapital, Moscow where he was Director of Equity Sales and Trading. Prior to that, he worked at Centre Invest Securities as a proprietary trader. Philipp holds a Master of Science degree from Moscow State Institute for International Relations and a BA (Hons) from Staffordshire University in the UK.
