Chee Seng joined Vulpes in 2019. He began his career in the funds industry with Citco Fund Services as a Fund Accountant, eventually leading a team as an Account Manager. Prior to joining Vulpes, he was a Fund Controller in the multi-billion dollar hedge fund, Alphadyne Asset Management (now Astignes Capital Asia).

Chee Seng holds a Bachelors of Science from the University of London in Banking and Finance.
