Bill Crispin is a senior legal professional with over 25 years’ experience in providing asset management / fund advisory across the APAC region, the U.S., and the UK. He is experienced with joint ventures (JVs), M & A, Investment Management, SICAV Funds, Funds of funds, and fund regulatory filings and registration with numerous regulatory agencies across the globe.
He completed a BA in 1985 at Washington & Jefferson College. He later received his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh in 2003, his LL.M from Boston University School of Law in 2004, and his PGDip from Warwick Business School in 2005.
Bill, his wife, and their three children call Singapore home and are permanent residents.
